Returns

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare products.

How to Request a Return
Contact us at epihydskincare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue your refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order once your return has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will replace or refund your order at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
